Received Barbados’ Honorary Order of the Republic for service that included support for vaccine delivery during the pandemic. “I am deeply humbled by this honour... High Commission formally opened
The first resident mission in India from an Eastern Caribbean country, and the fifth among CARICOM members. The resident mission was formally opened in New Delhi with India’s Minister of External Affairs Dr S. Jaishankar attending as special guest alongside Saint Kitts and Nevis Foreign Minister Dr Denzil Douglas. The mission was described as a platform for turning shared priorities into practical cooperation.
